Devi Healing Spa Policies Appointments/Bookings
- Do to the restructuring and restrictions of COVID-19/Corona-virus I have had to limit my scheduled days and daily appointments. That being said the scheduled time that has been booked for your service is valued. Moving forward I am asking that everyone pre-pay a non-refundable fee of 50% of your service to honor your scheduled time. If you cancel and/or reschedule with 24Hr or more notice then you will receive a full refund and/or the 50% will roll over into your next rescheduled appointment. I have the option of keeping a credit card or visa debit on file and I also accept e-transfers. Things are tough these days and I totally understand certain unavoidable situations happen so at anytime you need to reach out to me to discuss, please feel free. Stay safe and I hope to see you soon -Devi Healing requires 24 hours cancellation notice for all appointments - If a client has missed 2 consecutive scheduled appointments without notice and is no shows then the client forfeits the service, this includes gift cards/certificates. - Clients are given 5 minutes leeway for a scheduled appointment, after this said time the client is considered a no-show and forfeits their appointment.
Terms and conditions for returned merchandise
-Devi healing does not offer returns for discounted items or gift certificates. -Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging. -Refunds can only be processed with receipt. -Devi Healing does not offer cash refunds for returned or used product. A credit may go on to the clients account towards other products or services.
Terms and conditions for refunded services
Please notify Devi healing within one week of service date with any problem and/or concerns regarding your service/treatment. We will gladly correct the problem, as refunds will not be given. In the case of manicure and pedicure services: we do not guarantee that the polish will last a specified time period. Prices are subject to change without notice
