1+1 Coaching With this program I will follow the philosophy of The Five Sheaths ,we will work together 1 on 1 to bring you back to your natural state of harmony and balance in both physical, mental, and spiritual states of being. 1st Layer - Annamaya Kosha- Abhyanga ( 1 HR Ayurvedic Massage) In Person Abhyanga massage is practiced as an Ayurvedic therapeutic treatment, part of Panchakarma (detox) treatments that help to move any vitiated dosha from their healthy seat in the physical body.
2nd Layer - Pranamaya Kosha - 1 HR Reiki Session In Person Balancing, clearing, and restoring the energy centers, chakra centers with healing reiki energy. Each center is responsible for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of ones life.
3rd Layer - Manomaya Kosha - 1 HR Pranayama (breath-work) session In Person or Zoom Call Without the breath we would not have life, the breath helps control emotions and mental health. The breath can offer so much healing it is not appreciated or understood enough. I will work 1 on 1 with you and teach you different pranayama (breathing) techniques specifically to help heal.
4th Layer - Vijnanamaya Kosha - 1 HR Custom Meditation Session In person or Zoom Call This is the path of the intellect in which you are advised to study spiritual truths, contemplate them deeply, and finally incorporate them into the very core of your personality. On this path your spiritual understanding becomes the “food” with which you nourish your intellect. I will customize a healing meditation for you to help bring your mind and body in balance. I will walk you through the meditation and you will receive an MP3 copy for you. Each person is different and has experienced different situations in their lives so this section is custom to the individual and is a very private one on one self healing journey.
5th Layer - Anandamaya Kosha - 1 HR Yoga Therapy Session In Person or Zoom Call Traditional yoga practice was used as a distraction from meditation, with multiple health benefits of a regular yoga practice moving inward, stilling the mind and trying to understand the self is the constant search for yogis. We will work together to use breath, yoga, mantras and sound to help guide you to a state of blissful peace.
Panchamaya Koshas ~ The Five Sheaths What are The Five Sheaths? The five sheaths is a belief system that comes from ancient text that dates back to over 5,000 years that were written in the sacred language of Sanskrit, the belief is that humans have 5 layers of self.
1st layer - Annamaya Kosha- The physical Body - the “food” body, or the physical body that must be fed and nurtured in the material world. 2nd Layer - Pranamaya Kosha- The Energy Body - energy channels called nadis, which terminate in spinning energy centers called chakras. The word chakra means wheel, implying an ever-spinning center of activity. 3rd layer - Manomaya Kosha- The Mind Body - the level of processing thoughts and emotions that directly controls the energetic and physical bodies 4th Layer - Vijnanamaya Kosha - The Wisdom Body - The level of ego-consciousness that judges between this and that and exercises discrimination. 5th Layer - Anandamaya Kosha - The Bliss Body - The most interior kosha that allows for simple being in bliss, peace, and love beyond any reason.
Together, the five koshas cover the Atman or Self of pure, eternal consciousness. An Ayurvedic consultation is provided at the beginning of each program to gain better understanding of your health on every level.
