Join me and my inspirational friend Sam of 3 Norns for an evening of unity, connection and creativity. In a safe and protected space Sam will be guiding us and teaching us how to connect with the goddess within join us in this sacred, feminine barrier of trust and respect, together we will open, heal and move into the begin steps of your authentic goddess. We allow the moon to give us our intention for the gatherings but we do more then just talk about the moon. (even though she is amazing) During our Goddess Gatherings we clear and tap into each persons energies, offer meditation and movement, inner healing, personal development plus much more.

What is Tai Chi? Tai Chi is an ancient form of martial art that helps bring calmness and serenity to the body, mind and spirit. The ultimate purpose of tai chi is cultivate the qi or life energy within us to flow smoothly and powerfully throughout the body. Total harmony of the inner and outer self comes from the integration of mind and body, empowered through healthy qi through the practice of tai chi.
What is Qi Gong? Qigong (chi gung, or chi kung) similair to Tai chi, is a form of gentle exercise composed of movements that are repeated a number of times, often stretching the body, increasing fluid movement (blood, synovial and lymph) and building awareness of how the body moves through space.
