I fell in love with the moon when I took my yoga and Ayurveda training many years ago, how we humans should naturally flow with the phases of the Moon Goddess, the Moon Goddess is the divine feminine, she is the receiver of love, the softer (not weaker) but nurturing essence. The Moon is said to be what gives fragrance to the flowers and gives sweetness to the fruits, and the Moon Goddess is the yin to the yang energy of The Sun God. The Sun God is the provider to Mother Earth, the sun is the Earth's energy, the force, the assertive, the giver of life. These 2 energies balance in each of us, some energies have shifted depending on what you have experienced in life, and that's okay too. But to truly be authentic and in your essence, we need to be okay in our natural state of energetic flow to be in true earthly harmony. Ojibway teachings call the moon Grandmother moon. "The first of mothers, having given birth to her children. By day Father Sun and Mother Earth looked after children, by night Grandmother Moon shone in the heavens to guide men's paths. This is the primacy of womanhood remembered. " Full Moons Energy, abundance, fruition, gratitude, also a time of cleansing and letting go
