Yoga Philosophy
Quiet the mind to listen to the body
Our Philosophy
This is your journey, I am here to help guide you on the path of health, happiness, and self-fulfillment. By using different yoga poses and beliefs we will together walk down the path of self-awareness, consciousness, and advancement.
Hatha yoga Ha (sun) and Tha (moon) use several different tools such as asanas (postures) mudras, pranayama (breath control), meditation, and kriyas ( cleansing techniques) to connect the mind and body.
Escape, rejuvenate, relax, build focus, strength, flexibility and inner peace. Yoga can help you to better your daily life, whether it is more energy, a positive attitude, confidence, or that self-connection you have been searching for.
This ancient practice has so many benefits from increasing flexibility, strength, and relaxation to connecting with oneself and "witnessing the consciousness", yoga is a personal journey, each individual will experience their own benefits and will immediately notice the impression yoga will make on one's daily life.

Definition:
Of, relating to, or resembling a great force of nature
The Elemental yoga series reminds us that we are beings on this planet we respond to the elements, seasons and vibration of the earth.
With this 4 part series we work 1:1 together to bring you back to your authenticity, to your natural, balanced state of health through your yoga practice.
We break down your practice and work on what works best for YOU, every person is unique and special in their own way so in these sessions we lay bare the vulnerability of your practice.
The sessions are one hour in length which allows us to work in depth and magnify your understanding of what works best for you.
At the end of the series you will be able to observe your practice; receive what your body is telling you and you will have a more knowing, respectful, compassionate connection with self.
Earth
Earth is heavy, solid and thick, always supporting the creations of life.
Foundation, and grounding, learn to strengthen your connection, how to root deeper into standing and balancing posters. Master your relationship to mother earth below and re-establish your alliance.
Air & Space
Air and space, is such greatness, imposing, dynamic but marvelously uninterrupted.
Breath and postures in a yoga practice are not separate, they are one.
Breath work is SO important when it comes to a healthy yoga practice, we will work together to interpret what breath works best for you, how it can guide your practice and how to properly bridge breath with posture.
Fire
Fire is temperamental, fierce, unforgiving but its uniform and unapologetically authentic.
Mirroring the fire element we will illuminate the essence of moving authentically, allowing the sultriness to catch and authorizing the areas of fieriness as you move.
Water
Water is smooth, cunning, untameable, omnipresent and encompassing, always encourages to move forward never letting things obstruct our expansion.
Immerse into each posture, ground, breath, feel and flow. We will put all the elements together, harmonize and outpour with entombed wisdom and enlightenment.
